The TallyFreecycle yahoo group was created in March, 2004, and has since grown to over 1500 members. This website - tallyfreecycle.org - has since been created as a supplement to the yahoo group site (where all of the actual freecycling takes place). and is intended to serve as a central place for information and announcements regarding our group, as well as a home for local community announcements and news.

What is it?
Most all of us have items (say, an old couch or a blender gathering dust in the kitchen cabinet) that we simply have no more use for. Do you wish there was a way to easily give these things away to people who may use them, rather than chuck them or make a trip to Goodwill? Freecycling is a great way to do this!
